At Alphaverse (operated by India Connection Impex Pvt. Ltd.), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you may return items, request exchanges, or receive refunds for purchases made through alphaverse.co.in (the “Site”).
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags/labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain products (e.g., event tickets, digital products, wellness activations, or perishable items like food/beverages, if offered) are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at tshahani@alphaverse.co.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees, handling charges, and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped products.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Event registrations, tournament entries, and wellness activations
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Personalized/customized products
- Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
7. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return (if eligible).
- Event registrations are non-refundable unless Alphaverse cancels the event.
